The hotel was spotlessly clean and stunningly beautiful, just what we needed. the staff were all very amiable and affable. - the location was stunning for our trip. - It was also near the slopes, pubs, ski rental, and sport shop next door.

impeccably clean hotel in an extremely clean building short walk to town center and the mountains and the ski rental above. reasonably large and nicely decorated units with beautiful views and 4 * level, as example, and courteous staff. had magnificent location very close to the slopes-what else do you want, right next to komperdellbahn.

Wi-Fi was pretty slow.

The hotel is beautifully situated in a great area close to the slopes and pubs. the location of the venue is very central and convenient. - Sunliner, which is nearby, was worth checking out.

I had a wonderful stay at a clean and spacious family room in the charming Alpenhaus character of the hotel. The staff was friendly and spoke English, and the free mountain pass for hiking was a great bonus. The WiFi even streamed Netflix, and the comfy pillows and surprise face towels were a nice touch. I would definitely visit again without a doubt.

Loved the free use of cable cars and local buses, so convenient! The fitness center was a nice touch, although I didn't touch anything. The terrace and bar were perfect for people-watching, while I lazed in the sun with a cocktail.

Too bad the wellness area was "on request" only, who needs relaxation anyway?

My room had a TV with satellite channels, central heating, and a personal safe, which was a nice touch. the location was spot on, only a 10-15 minutes' walk from Alpkopfbahn 🚶‍♂️. the room was cozy and had everything I needed, plus the staff was super friendly.

Excellent location, close to lifts and apres ski. Great breakfast, large rooms with comfortable beds. Large wellness area with a variety of saunas. Convenient ski rental and ski depot in the same building.

We loved this hotel for its prime location close to the cable cars in the mountains. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh fruits and made-to-order egg options. The hotel facilities were great, including an infrared sauna in the room, gym, and spacious ski depot. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Great location near lifts and plenty of restaurants nearby. Impressed with the large, modern breakfast room and delicious breakfast options. Ski storage and rental facilities were also very convenient.

Rooms were smaller than expected and lacked some amenities. Wifi had occasional connection issues and temperature controls were not adjustable, leading to a stuffy and uncomfortable room at times.

The hotel is situated in a very beautiful area, nestled between the mountains and incredibly close to the slopes. the convenience of having a sprt shop next door is ideal for making use of the ski-storage facilities, and the breakfast buffet is tremendous. the spacious ski depot has direct access to the shop with ski services and rental offers.

The reception staff could be more welcoming.
